Owner
Willie Eng comes from the famous
Eng family and is very well known in Victoria. He
found Eng & Co. in 1966 and has been successfully
helping businesses grow.
Willie is the founding chair
of Victoria Chinese Commerce Association, co-founder
of Western and Pacific Bank (predecessor to Canadian Western Bank), and has been a real-estate
developer for over 20 years.
He now gives back to the community by being in the, Mineral
Land Tax Review Board, Hospital Advisory Board, St.
Michael's University Board of Governors, Library
Board, Art Gallery Board, Lions Club, and
Toastmasters Club.
With such wealth of experience, Willie will be
your "go to guy!"

Bob comes from a varied technical background with
years of practical business experience from working
in industry in areas of wholesale distribution,
retail, and manufacturing. His public practice
experience comes from working with an international
accounting firm and many years in a small firm
environment.
Bob fully understands tax rules and how they can
work in your favour. He is one fighting for you
for every dollar using his tax and business knowledge.
Bob has over 30 years of professional accounting
experience.

Julianna has a double degree in Computer Science and
Business Administration.
She is fluent in Cantonese,
Mandarin, and of course English; and she welcomes
Chinese customers any day. She is currently
achieving her CGA designation.

Phil is all
about quality accounting. He has a
triple degree in Commerce, Geology, and Masters
Business Administration. Phil has been a geologist
with a major oil sands company in Alberta.
